Shruthi Jayaram is an Associate Partner at Dalberg Advisors and directs Dalberg’s San Francisco Office. She co-leads Dalberg’s Global Gender practice and is also part of the leadership team working to advance justice, equity, and economic mobility in the United States specifically. Shruthi’s work focuses on strategies for gender equity, particularly increasing women’s power in the economy and addressing gendered violence. Examples of her clients include UN Women, Blue Meridian Partners, the San Francisco Commission on the Status of Women, the Gates Foundation, the San Francisco Human Rights Commission, the Hewlett Foundation, Mars, Inc., Futures without Violence, and Rise Up.

Prior to joining Dalberg, Shruthi worked as an economist and policymaker. She holds a dual Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s SIPA and the National University of Singapore, as well as a B. A. in Economics from St. Stephen’s College at the University of Delhi.
