Carmen Correa is Sr. Vice President & Chief Operating Officer at Pro Mujer. Carmen previously served as Chief Regional Officer at Pro Mujer, acting as a key representative for the organization’s growing partnership network in Latin America, and overseeing the implementation of social impact programs to deliver health, financial inclusion and entrepreneurship services.

Carmen holds over thirty years of experience in business operational management, strategic planning and program execution with a focus on sustainable development and the promotion of social impact entrepreneurship in Latin America.

Prior to joining Pro Mujer, she led efforts at the National Agency for Research and Innovation (ANII) in Uruguay. Other positions include Program Director at Fundación Avina Uruguay, and Chief Operations Officer and Executive Director of Endeavor Uruguay.

Carmen holds a B.S. in Management from National- Louis University in McLean, VA, and has a Business Administration Certificate from Georgetown University.
