Only 10% of all news stories globally focus on women and girls and roughly 80% of experts interviewed are men. When women are the storytellers, we all have access to more accurate news. In the face of digital security challenges and increasingly authoritarian media systems, ground-breaking organizations are building an inclusive media eco-system, training women journalists on the ground from Puerto Rico to Mongolia to Afghanistan and beyond.
