Mary Chandler is the Vice-President of Corporate Responsibility and Community Relations at Cummins Inc., a $20 billion Fortune 200 global power company, and C.E.O. of the Cummins Foundation. Mary manages a global function and under her leadership annual giving at Cummins exceed $21 million.
At Cummins, Mary led the development, funding and 2018 launch of Cummins Powers Women, an $11 million global community program to create large-scale impact and equity for women, strengthening Cummins’ internal commitment to the advancement of women.
Targeting the global skills gap, Mary also developed and leads Cummins TEC: Technical Education for Communities, a multi-million-dollar global program of curriculum and teaching in over 20 schools around the world focused on closing the technical skills gap through local vocational education.
In addition to her Cummins work, Mary is also a member of the Advisory Board of Rise Up, which activates women and girls for a more just and equitable world.
