Louise has had a varied career as a mountaineering instructor, wildlife ecologist, mediator/facilitator, non-profit worker/founder/collaborator and a mom of two outstanding and amazing daughters. She received a Master of Forest Science degree from Yale in 1981, studied endangered species, co-founded an outdoor science school and, later, a community mediation center in her hometown, Bozeman, MT. Traveling and learning about other people, cultures, and environments is one of her passions and best opportunities for lifetime learning. In 2007, she founded the PRBB Foundation to support grassroots groups of women as a way to impact everything else in the world. The Foundation specifically aims to fund marginalized, underfunded women’s organizations here and abroad, where small grants can have a major impact.
