Executive Director of the ELAS Fund a grant making organization working to supports the advancement of women’s rights in Brazil since 2001. ELAS has an initiative in partnership with the C&A Institute to eradicate violence against women and contribute to a more just, inclusive and sustainable fashion industry.
K.K. is a biker, political scientist, dedicated to research and studies of topics such as democracy and women’s political participation. Graduated in Public Management (2007), Master (2013) and Doctorate (2019) in Social Sciences – PUC-Rio. Lesbian-feminist activist with expertise in the areas of LGBT+ rights, human rights and women’s rights. Co-founder of the first Feminist Lesbian Association in Brasilia – Coturno de Venus (2003). Idealizer of the Lesbian Parade of the Federal District and co-author of the book ‘Legislation and Jurisprudence LGBTTT’(2006).
